He will do for me all he has planned. He controls my destiny. Job 23:14

I'm on my 4th month of training with Mike. I have started to see serious results and I need to keep track of what I'm doing. I want to see where I've come from and how far I go. Our goal date is November 21, 2009 to participate in the Lackland Classic. Still deciding on the figure competition or bikini competition.

I'm doing this show to:
Set myself apart and honor God with my body (1 Cor 6:20) To show myself I have the discipline (1 Cor 9:25). To show myself that anything is possible (Luke 18:27) To show myself that I can control my diet (1 Cor 10:13b) To show myself that I can commit to working out (Isaiah 40:29) To show myself that 60 pounds of baby weight is not an excuse to stay unhealthy (Isaiah 40:31) and to do it all for the Glory of God! (1 Cor 10:31)

Today was good. I felt good. I think I can do this! I have 8 weeks. Holy Cow, 8 weeks left. I did 30 minutes on the stair climber today between level 7 & 10. I have never sweat so much. It felt so amazing. I felt the adrenaline kicking in and I felt like I could run a marathon. Teaching Body Combat has been different too. I am now teaching track 9 doing real push ups on my toes! I've always done the push ups on my knees. Now I can do "boy" pushups the entire track! Feels so rockin to accomplish that!!
